Upon completing your transaction, you will receive a confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive a confirmation email within an hour of your purchase.

In most instances, orders are shipped the day the order is received. If you need to update your shipping address, your best bet is to email roastery@goodboybob.com and attempt to change your shipping address as quickly as possible.

At the moment, Goodboybob does not accommodate shipments outside of the United States.

In most cases, orders will receive anywhere between 5 and 7 business days.
